I've gone through so many cheap umbrellas that either flip inside out or stop working after a few uses. This one feels completely different. The automatic open and close is probably my favorite feature, especially when I'm getting into the car.

What It Looks Like In Real Life

How It Is Built
Engineered For The Walk, Not The Showroom
One Touch, Both Ways
Press once and the canopy is up before the first drops land. Press again at the door and it collapses on its own. No wet hands wrestling a wet frame.
Eight Ribs That Give
An aluminum shaft keeps it light. Fiberglass ribs bend under a gust and return to shape, which is why this one does not end up in a street bin.
A Canopy That Sheds Water
High-density Pongee is tightly woven, so rain beads and rolls off instead of soaking in. A quick shake and it goes back in your bag.
The Hook Handle
Clip It On. Forget It Is There.
The handle is a spring-gate hook. It clips to a bag strap, a stroller, a suitcase or a coat rack, so your hands stay free and the umbrella stops getting left in cafes.
- Clips to bag straps, luggage handles and belt loops
- Hangs to dry on any hook or door handle
- Soft-touch grip that stays comfortable when wet
- Wrist-free carry from the train to the office

756 Reviews From People Who Carry One
Bought this before a trip to Seattle and ended up using it almost every day. It's compact enough to keep in my backpack, but still feels sturdy when it's windy.
The one-button close is a game changer. I can hold my bag in one hand and close the umbrella with the other. Also love that it clips onto my luggage.
Really impressed with the size when folded down. It feels more substantial than the little umbrellas I've bought before, and the canopy gives good coverage.
I keep one in my car and one by the front door now. The fact that it can also be used for sun protection makes it useful even when rain isn't in the forecast.
Very convenient for commuting. I used to leave my umbrella at home because I hated carrying it around. This one clips right onto my work bag.
Exactly what I wanted for travel. Opens quickly, closes without having to manually collapse everything, and doesn't take up much room in my suitcase.
Had it out in some pretty strong wind and the flexible frame handled it better than my previous umbrella. It bent but didn't feel like it was about to snap.
Nice umbrella with a really convenient automatic mechanism. The compact size is what sold me. I keep it in my desk drawer at work.
Bought two, one for my car and one for my wife. The quality feels much better than the $10 to $15 umbrellas we normally buy.
Love the carry hook. I can clip it onto my suitcase when traveling through airports instead of stuffing a wet umbrella into my bag.
The best part is honestly how easy it is to use when you're carrying stuff. Press the button, open it, and when you're done press it again. Simple.
Looks good, feels solid, and folds down small enough that I don't mind carrying it around. Definitely more convenient than a traditional umbrella.
Good coverage and surprisingly lightweight. I bought it mainly for rainy commutes but have already used it on sunny days too.
I travel constantly for work and this has become one of those things I always keep in my carry-on. Small enough to pack and much easier to deal with than a full-size umbrella.
Very happy with it so far. The automatic open/close is smooth and the handle feels comfortable. The fact that it clips to a bag is a nice touch.
Finally an umbrella I actually remember to bring with me because it's so easy to carry. I keep it attached to my everyday bag.
Purchased one for my girlfriend and ended up ordering another for myself. The compact design is great and it feels much sturdier than the umbrellas we were using before.
Perfect for keeping in the car. I've been caught in rain before while carrying groceries and this would have saved me a headache. The one-hand operation is the reason I bought it.
Really practical design. Folds down small, opens instantly, and the frame has enough flexibility that I'm not constantly worried about it breaking in the wind.
Questions
Before You Buy
Will it flip inside out in wind?
In a hard gust any compact umbrella can invert. The difference is what happens next. Umbremo's fiberglass ribs flex instead of creasing, so you press the button, it resets, and you carry on. Rigid metal ribs bend once and stay bent.
How does the one touch open and close work?
Press the button on the handle and the canopy opens. Press it again and the canopy collapses. Then push the shaft back down against a firm surface until it clicks, ready for next time.
Will it actually fit in my bag?
Yes. Folded it is about 2 inches across and weighs 0.86 lb, less than a full water bottle. It drops into a tote, backpack or glovebox, and the hook clips to the outside of a smaller purse.
Is it big enough for two people?
The open canopy covers about 41 inches across. That is generous for one adult with a bag, and workable for two people walking close.
Does it really help in the sun?
Yes. The canopy fabric is rated UPF 50+, the highest rating for sun-protective fabric, which blocks over 98% of UV rays.
How do I look after it?
Shake it off, then leave it open or hanging by the hook until the canopy is dry before you sleeve it. That keeps the fabric fresh and the frame moving smoothly.
How do the bundle prices work?
One umbrella is $39.99. Two are $71.98, which saves 10%. Three are $101.97, which saves 15%. Choose any mix of colors and the saving is applied automatically at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive in 7 to 12 business days. US shipping is free and every order is tracked.
